Hobart C-100 attachment Hub

I apologize if this question is redundant, but does anyone know if the C-100 has a #10 or #12 attachment hub, or something else?  Also, are there any attachments that will work on the C-100 that you know of, like a shredder?  I contacted my local Hobart repair shop and they indicated that the C-100 is an obsolete mixer and that there is nothing available for it, but it seems odd if that be the case.  Thanks in advance, happy baking.

The C100 has a #10 sized front hub. It will accept to drive any accessory coming from the Kitchenaid range, however you must know that, on this mixer model, the speed selector doesn't control the hub which remains at constant and almost fast speed. Conclusion : even if you may connect any KA accessory, you shouldn't use those which require a low speed (such like the grain mill, for example).

Thank you!

The Speed selector does in fact change the speed

There is no variable speed of course but it does change it as the speed lever is set to gear 1, 2 or 3

The drive does run slow med fast

Do you happen to know what size thumb screw fits the mixer?  I found the old manual which states it is Hobart part M-5500, but can't cross reference that to anything to figure out the size.  I was hoping to pick one up at my local hardware store, but not sure what size will fit.  Thanks again.

Yes it is a standard UNC 5/16-18 threaded screw, length 1", machined to have a cone tip

Sorry my mistake, thanks for the rectification. I got the C100 mixed up with the C10 which is my daily equipment.

Saw your post about using a c-10 mixer. I recently found a c-10 and am trying to restore it. Do you know what color they were painted at the factory. Mine has avocado green underneath a really thick coat of white houseplant. Could the avocado be the original color. Also is there a way of dating the mixer. It doesn't have the junction box cast into the motor with the switch. It uses a surface switch like was used in knob and tube wiring, so I think it an early model.
