Greetings from the Santa Cruz mountains

New sourdough baker here in the Santa Cruz mountains of California. Made about 8 loaves so far and they have mostly turned out reasonable.  The picture is of a prettier loaf, although I wasn't thrilled with the flavor.  Having lots of fun with it and seem to have figured out a pretty good schedule for my weekend baking.
