They look really nice. I am sure the family appreciated all of them. I have found it makes a perfect gift for the season.

Thanks Edo, Gifting of bread or even sharing bread does have a very high satisfaction level, it  was very much appreciated and the little that was spare went home with the guests.

Belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you.

Every time I see your posts, with me being a hard core wino,  I am reminded of the few, yet fine, winemakers we support in Australia at Naked Wines. Jen Pfeifer, Sam Plunket and Rabbit and Spaghetti come to mind.  Food and wine just go together when it comes to family and friends -- especially during the Holidays.

\Have a great year Derek !

Thanks Dab, Australian wines will be very badly hurt with all fires that are currently burning all around the country. Smoke taint is a big problem on its own without the impact of fire too. Seen some pictures where the fire has destroyed vineyards and cellars. If you get the opportunity to try wines from Western Australia's Frankland River region or the Great Southern in general then give them a go. My cousins Shiraz grapes go to a winemaker in Denmark sold under the label Harewood. The wine maker buys in grapes from certain areas and he rates Frankland River the best area for Shiraz. You should get over here and get busy trying a few at their source, happy to show you around and share a couple, can't say pop a cork these days when most are stilvan caps, unscrew a cap doesn't quite have the same ring to it.

Out winter is your summer, our spring is your grape harvest!  I will take you up on showing me the small little place called Australia.  It couldn't take more than year or two to see it all and, since we are both retired, no longer on a schedule, no longer loving what we do and doing what we love instead;;;;; I say we do this sooner rather than later.  I haven;t been to Australia since 1972 so I'm sure the changes are vast and many and wine way much better too!  You are  always welcome here as well- any time.  I tell people that they haven't seen the world until they have seen the Grand Canyon up close and personal.  It isn't true of course but, it sounds good enough to be true and that is all that counts with so many today.

The best of everything in 2020 to you and yours !
