Anyone interested in doing another community bake?
I've just finished the excellent thread on Trev's Champlain but was too late to the party to participate.
Anyone up for something challenging or different, as a way of developing skills? Would love to participate!

Ah ha! I see from the history there is some regularity with community bakes, and I will need to wait for the next one to pop up! All good. I will wait patiently.
Harry, with all of the holiday events, the next Community Bake will probably take place sometime in January.
I am glad you find them helpful. I know I’ve learned a great deal from them.
You mat be interested in the past Community Bakes. Feel free to enter new bakes pertaining the the featured breads on the CB at any time. We monitor all old post and will be happy to help.

I have tried Trevor's Champlain, so I may post my results in the thread. Going to try Kristen's Open Crumb method soon.
