You want to look up the "Cottage Laws" for you specific area. I am assuming your location is in the USA. Best of luck to you in your future endeavor. You will be limited as to what products you can legally make/sell in a home kitchen. The general rule of thumb being nothing that requires refrigeration of any kind. Photo strictly for attention.
