B&T Proofer, Banneton, with Humidity Tray

I see that the B&T proofer comes with a humidity tray. Is this humidity tray contraindicated when using floured bannetons?

I have concerns that the extra humidity might cause the dough to stick to the floured surface of the banneton.

Hi there, as long as the banneton is well seasoned the humidity tray will be just fine.  I use rice flour as well as plain flour in equal measure to dust both the basket and the dough.

Thank you, sir. I season my bannetons the same way and use a dusting of AP or whole rye before each use.
