Ready for some football?
I decided to forego my usual sourdough boule shape and formed this batch into a batard. It made outstanding french toast this moringing and tuna sandwiches for lunch. If there's any left this evening, it will go well with wine and cheese.
That's a good looking loaf and the crust color is beautiful!
I was very happy with the crumb on this loaf,
