Are those whole peas mixed in or pepitas? Can't tell.
Looks lovely in a kaiser roll fold. I'd buy a few to try. :)
I can vision the roll with ham and grilled melted Swiss. Patty melt?

Fried peas snack. That's what it is those green spots.
The shape is not exactly a kayser roll. First shape a baguette and then make a knot.
