Every year for the past 3 years, I host an Oktoberfest party that we call "Oktoberfish." Fresh bread is usually a staple, to go along with all of the different beers everyone brings. We were going to do a fondue (hence the pot) but everyone was too full of wurst and beer to eat any more!
From left to right we have sourdough pumpernickel with raisins, sourdough rye with caraway, basic sourdough, beer bread made with Becks and beer bread made with Killians. They were all delicious, and disappeared as fast as I could cut them!
