Plastic Tubs for dough?

hi all fellow bakers

i was wondering whether those based in uk could point me in the right direction of where to source large plastic tubs for my dough to bulk ferment in. I’m currently using big mixing bowls but the amount of dough I’m using now has out grown them. I can’t seem to find large rectangle tubs food grade online. Any link or shops would be a big help! Thank you!

and I find food grade ones in UK can be pricey...so far I have found the following from Nisbets in UK...

https://www.nisbets.co.uk/araven-full-gastronorm-container-13ltr/gd811    and they come in all sorts of sizes, if you like...they seem to have measurements on the side which could be useful to judge rise....

Then they have the Vogue one's which seem to be a more reasonable price and reduced at the moment...you can search for the right size and volume etc. and they also come with a lid which can be handy...

Happy baking.... Kat

I don't know where you live exactly, but see if there are any restaurant supply places near you, especially ones that buy and sell used equipment. I get the nice food grade containers for cheap at a place like that.
