Hello. I need Help!!

Hi. I am looking to buy an oven, not necessarily the new Belgian Rofco B40

I'm looking for a cheaper one because I have other expenses

Do you know any recommendations or people? Thank you!

I just posted this in another post for someone looking for a used rofco

Have you considered a used convection commercial oven?  They are not as good as a Rofco, since they usually only work with convection heat, which can dry out a loaf, but they do allow baking quite a few loaves at a time, and as long as you stay with the smaller ones, many models operate on normal household current.    Cadco - Unox is one common brand, there are a few reviews on this site,   Moffat is another  manufacturer.  Stay away from anything that requires 3 phase electricity, or 208 volts, unless you have that available.

Cadco ovens can be found at a very friendly price, if you are willing to buy used.  The particular oven would depend on how many loaves you wanted to bake at one time, and your available power source.  There are other commercial countertop ovens that might also be available, depending on where you are, you might want to try to contact a used commercial appliance dealer.  Here in the states, it is pretty common that a new restaurant opens with all new equipment, and goes out of business a few years later.  While it is very unfortunate to the owners, it means a pretty steady supply of used kitchen equipment.
