No gluten, no yeast pizza dough?

I bought a packaged fresh pizza dough yesterday, placed the toppings, put it into the oven and it was an excellent pizza!

It was so quick and convenient.

However, it is too expensive for daily use, so I was wondering if I could make my own pizza dough, that is even better - without gluten.

Would anyone know the ingredients and how to prepare it, with corn flour perhaps?

I have no experiences in baking without gluten. But I know Ava Celik (https://www.instagram.com/badhunterstories/) is baking sourdough bread without gluten. Maybe she can help you.

I know there is a recipe for gluten free pizza and flatbread dough in "Gluten Free Bread in 5 Minutes a Day", but it has yeast in it. Or perhaps you could try Joze's recipe for GF bread made with yeast water; it might make good pizza dough. But when you say "no yeast", do you mean no yeast of any kind, or just no commercial yeast?

Well, it can have yeast, if you don't have to wait an hour for it...
