Greetings

I'm a 65 year old guy, a retired baker with 50 years on the bench who still makes my own bread, cakes, cookies, etc. I've made my share of mistakes and been around the block a few times. I've done every job in a bakery including pastries and decorating. The sign of a good baker is consistent product and the ability to fix things when they horribly wrong. I enjoy reading the posts in the forums
