Baking sub rolls (like Subway) in a stone deck pizza oven?

I currently owned a small pizza shop with a stone deck oven for baking only pizza. The oven has no steam injection. Is there a way I can bake sub rolls in my pizza oven? Because we really want to add some submarine sandwiches to our menu (soft and chewy like Subway)

P/S: It's the first time I'm going to make this so I don't really know if the steam injection is neccessary for making sub rolls or it's only needed for making artistan bread?

Here is my pizza oven: https://m.made-in-china.com/product/One-Dack-Gas-Pizza-Oven-703051615.html

No, steaming is not necessary.
