Bread Baking Classes
I'm in search of bread baking classes (fundamental or advanced) in the New England/ Massachusetts area. I know that king arthur has a 5 day long course but it isn't possible for me to make it up there for when the course is offered.
Does anyone have any recommendations of possible courses? I've looked at Johnson & Wales and Breadhitz in MA (They're sold out).

i have taken intensive sour dough, whole grains and beginners classes at King Arthur. All have been 3to4days. I live in NJ and it’s not worth going for one day. The classes are phenomenal. I learned new techniques and working by hand. The classes are well worth it. They offer classes all year long but they sell out fast
