Cover for 21 x 15 baking sheet
I have a 21" x 15" (2/3 size) baking sheet that I use for overnight proofs in the fridge, then pop into the oven in the morning. Does anybody have a line on a plastic lid for this size so I don't need to use cling wrap each time? I can find the lids for other size baking sheets but can't seem to find it in the size I need. I'd like to avoid using a smaller sheet as this fits my oven perfectly.

I suggest a plastic bag. It's not the sort of cover you are seeking, but they are washable and reusable, unlike cling wrap. Ziploc makes food-safe, very large bags, in three different sizes. Looks like the Jumbo would work for you. I'll add an Amazon link, but my local megamart carries these regularly. Look for them in the linens section, not the food or housewares section, because they are aimed at clothes storage and the like.
These are the only ones I've ever found that are food-safe. The Ziploc site used to specifically state they are food-safe, but it's not mentioned on their current site. However, a Ziploc reply to a question on Amazon does state they are safe for food.

I don’t know if it will fit, but it is absolutely great for any size bowl cover. It is heavy duty and should last a very long time. I’ve had mine for a couple of months now and love it.
