Hi

Hello to all.

I'm from a small town in Victoria, Australia. A psychiatric nurse by trade and poet by vocation.

I'm in the process of gearing myself up to bake bread at home. I've been inspired by a wonderful local baker (Silver Creek Sourdough) whom I've known since before she started her business and I intend to do a course with her in the coming year. In the meantime, I'll gear up to bake some bread as best I can here at home.
