Hi There,
I've been getting blog updates from here for quite some time but haven't posted anything myself. I'm obsessed with all things cooking and as such, need to learn to make excellent bread from scratch!
I just ordered a sourdough starter on Ebay and have started my own starter from organic rye flour last night. I can't wait to check them out!
If you are interested I have a food blog as well - let me know and I'll send the url. I don't want to guerilla advertise after all... ;).

Hi Jeff. I am in St Catharines, our daughter Karen lives in Cambridge.
Have you ever bought flour from Dover Mills, I bought a sack of Vienna flour (bread) from them. it's very fresh and needs to be kept a while for it to (do it.s thing) but it was very good. Just in case you decide to get some.

kitchener is just up the road from the dundas/waterdown area where I grew up.
I was home in the summer and will be returning the end of november...
