Hello from a German baker living in Minnesota
Hello,
I'm so excited, just found this website. I'm baking for a while but hope to learn a lot more and find other bakers. My biggest problem right now is to find good flour as well as trying to start my own LM.

Wo in Minnesota sind Sie? Ich wohne in Duluth und ich habe eine Bäckerei dort. Und was bedeutet "LM"?
Ich lebe in Minneapolis, und unter LM meinte ich lievito madre. Super dass du eine Bäckerei in Duluth hast, wie heisst sie? Wenn ich mal nach Duluth fahre muss ich unbedingt vorbeikommen.
