its a recipe from "the bread book" (collister blake)

its not really difficult to make, nor excessive timeconsuming (shaping in less than 30 minutes the first time)

the challenge is in the yeast: use too much and your work will explode in the final rising in the oven. too little and you'll get a dead dough, a beautifull sculpture but  tasteless bread.
