Why not bake the dough to order?

Thanks Ford for reply. Actually seeking an opportunity in that segment. Would like to provide Hot Pita Bread in packaging on regular basis from grocery stores. If it could be possible.

how will it be hot unless reheated? - which one can do at home.

Anyway, if you are not in a competing market - meaning somewhere in the Miami area, have a look at this link and perhaps contact the owner and see if he will provide some insight or ideas for you.  http://www.miaminewtimes.com/restaurants/middle-east-best-food-makes-the-best-pita-bread-in-miami-6568746

Another source, although they make carry the above in their own house labeling, is The Daily Bread Marketplace.  http://www.dailybreadmarketplace.com

You might as well include places like these in your search for answers.

My understanding that you can get a fully automated pita-making setup. I guess it all depends on space, demand and available capital.

Thanks Suave

Yeah thats what I want to do. But I am stuck on packaging material. What packaging material can be used if Chain go like this - from automated pita-making setup - filled in insulated bag - transported to grocery store - placed in Heated holding cabinets.

Is this Possible?
