As a frequent visitor to Taiwan from Washington State Welcome. my favorite bakery in Taiwan is https://www.yelp.com/biz/%E5%9C%8B%E7%8E%8B%E7%83%98%E7%84%99-%E5%A4%A7%E5%AE%89%E5%8D%80?osq=Patisserie%2FCake+Shop&search_key=73190 in Taipei. When in Taiwan I live in Pingzhen or Chungli.
P.S. Roi du Pain means king of bread in French. The baker lived in Paris for a long time. He had a location in Guishen (edge of Taoyuan) but I can't find it on google.
