Hearthkit

I've been a Hearthkit user for maybe 15 years and baked a zillion rye breads and challahs, hence, I'm satisfied with the Hearthkit?

Now for my question, I need a copy of the Heathkit manual since my cop has vanished. My oven died, I purched a new one with a convection oven and cannot remember what Heathkit says about convection ovens.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Search Amazon.com for Hearthkit.  There is a link for a user's manual on their site.

Thanks for your suggestion but it appears the link to the manual doesn't exist. onthe other hand, my vision is on the poor side.

Yesterday I saw a page that looked like their website and had a manual on it, I wish I had downloaded it for you at that time. I just went through my history and found that yesterday's site is not working at all today.

The only link I found in today's search is the one on Amazon:

That's a PDF File.  You should be able to download and save it.

Thank you, thank you, it worked great.  And an important bit of information on using the convection oven feature with the Hearthkit when baking bread, i.e., "We recommend that you do not use the convection setting on your oven with HearthKit when baking hearth breads, pizzas, or other baked goods as it may cause your foods to burn."

In addition, also some hints on preheating the Hearthkit.

I will send some photos on the breads I have baked on the Hearthkit .
