Diy blast freezer

I am wondering if I hook up 2 compressors to a walk in freezer if I can achieve temperatures between -25 C and -30 C.

Does anyone one have any idea if this is possible?

during the winter. No problem achieving those temperatures. Mother Nature does it all by herself! ;-)

Okay, giggle over.... I am sure some will give you a serious answer to your question.

We don't eat that stuff! Now pickerel, or walleye for the Americans, you might find in the freezer!

Being a smart buyer, I read reviews on the internet for choosing the best home ice maker for my home, and I am satisfied with my shopping.

of a convection oven for freezing.  You speed up the cooling of the product by moving the air, so it is not just the temperature but also the moving air to achieve this.  Everything you put in the freezer needs sufficient room to allow the movement of air around it, so if you packed it like a normal freezer it would not be capable of flash freezing.  The only flash freezer I have ever seen was a tunnel the length of a large building.
