Love it!  Looks perfect and the rest of your food must taste amazing!

When you get a chance try it with some good fresh ricotta cheese and you will get an even softer crumb but I will have to try your version next.

My fridge now is well stocked with all kinds of cheese (including Ricotta) because now I know how tasty cheese bread can be!  However, I'm also running a risk of having moldy cheese because it's getting more challenging to bake when the kids are in school.  This bake was such a nice experience and thank you again for sharing your bread with us!

delectable!  We had grilled salmon tonight too!  First day of school tomorrow for the kids has to be a nice change from those awful, boring, summers, taken off, doing nothing:-)  Kids here have been back for a couple weeks already here.  Love the bread and the bacon croquettes - even if a bit too big.

Life has been very chaotic since school started but as always, I'll find a way to deal with it and try to have fun at the same time. Glad you liked the bread and I've been pondering one of your goodies  for my next bake.  Time management is so crucial to make it work.  Wish me luck!
