I've Gone Semi-Pro!

I just started baking bagels and breads to sell at our local Farmer's Market. Considering that the temp was in the low 40's, I only brought 4 dozen bagels of various flavors, 2 giant bagels, and 4 boule loaves. All but 7 bagels sold, so I'm pretty confident that I'll do well.

We even had a picture in our local paper.

Congratulations! I admire you, standing outside in the cold with a blanket, selling your bagels. Good luck with the market!
