Hi and recipes?

There's a selection of favorite recipes along the bar on the left, as well as on the front page in a big block titled "Favorites". Other than that, there's the lessons that have basics, and then folks are always chiming in discussion threads with recipes and variations. The site was meant to be more than "yet another recipe archive on the web" so it's not geared specifically towards collecting  recipes. That said - the guys are working on getting together something like a book that will try to organize all the collective wisdom that the group discussions have wrought here.
