Hello, new to the group!
Just been lurching like the last person and wanted to join! I posted a pic of my first sourdough loaf up and asked for some feedback. I love to bake bread, almost cathardic, (unless is falls flat and taste terrible) then I am more tense than I started. I love to try new recipes and cook period. Thanks for allowing me to be here and taking something from all of you!

Don't hurt yourself lurching too hard. (reminds me of a song with someone lurching ...all over the church floor...) Yes, I know what you meant and I just adore your enthusiasm and energy! Welcome to the site and enjoy yourself. I think your loaf came out well and the bubbles just right. Hope to see more loaves soon,
