Explain yourself QT. What did you want it to be? It's been cooling almost 5 hours, cut it open and send me a slice, but hurry my coffee's getting cold.
The smell, taste, crust , which I heard "sing" and crumb were all just about the best sourdough I have made yet, and believe I have tried many many times,,,,
We had a slice last night with cold fresh butter, yummy.
