Looking for a good interval timer

Greetings

I'm looking for a reliable interval timer tool. I tried many android apps, but most of them are not reliable. The famous among them, called Impetus, doesn't have hours, only minutes and seconds. It also stops working in the middle, just like the rest.

Does anyone know of a good android or PC tool to help us track and time our dough processing routines?

if you'd name the ones you've already tried. and even more if you'd say why you feel each is deficient.

Every single app I've tried was not reliable, and I've tried a lot (about 40-50 apps). They stop anytime in the middle of the process, either when the timers are for long periods, or when you start other apps. This is not just me, its a common complaint among users, as seen in their comments.

If you tried one that does not stop before it should, please share its name.

Is there a template set up especially for bakers that can be used with Seconds Pro? I downloaded the free version to take a look at it but I have no idea where to begin with the default template.

I've settled on using Multi Timer Free, it is the most reliable timer I've tested so far. Even though its not an interval timer, it can be set to notify you of up to 30 steps throughout your baking process. Unfortunately it doesn't save timer sets, but its no big deal. I start by deleting all previous timers, then start adding the timers I need for the current recipe, and click "start all".

This android app is rock solid. It keeps working in the background even if you close it, and even if you reboot your phone/tablet. Its not affected by any other apps that you start, unlike other timers.

The android app Bread Boss allows you to set multiple alarms for each sourdough bread making activity. You can then manipulate the whole set together to control when you want to make a particular bread. It also has all the good oil on recipe formulas - uses the 'metric' bakers % as opposed to the American 'imperial' method (see here). It costs, but is well worth it if you ask me.
