New from the Netherlands
hi,
I'm new to this forum. I've been baking bread since three years. I always kneaded by hand but a month ago I bought an Ankarsrum. Baking bread is even more fun now! Great machine. Hope to learn a lot on this site.

Welcome. I hope your machine is a joy for you. Personally, I like the hands on approach, and the feel of the dough. I think I have more control that way. In any case your bread will be better than that from the grocery store. Again, welcome! Floyd Mann is our host.
