Hello from South Carolina

Hello everyone.

With the help of this website I have finally been able to bake a loaf of bread that I would be willing to serve to guests.

About every five years since I was twenty I would try to bake a loaf of bread.  Failing, I would give up.

Thanks to everyone here for the time and effort it took to create this site, and post all the informative comments.
