Thanks for your kind words.  I posted all 3 pics on a blog plus explanation.  I made it in a Dutch oven and really did it to enourage new bakers to jump in and do a pre-ferment loaf.  Using the Dutch oven provides a safety net so it's really hard to go wrong.  You don't have to worry about peels, moving it onto the stone without dropping it, etc.

Cumin bread stick sounds great.
