pizza recipe

Ok I am horrible for not writing things down, that being said this was a everything but anchovies...and I had those on the side.:-) :-) :-) alright I will try and give a recipe, plz adjust as needed. Sorry I dont know what the grams will be.

1 to 1 1/2 cups of  starter that needs to be used.

1 tbl spoon of oil

1 to 1 1/2 cups of which ever flour you prefer. Add flour as needed,I used bread flour..

I mixed my dough untill I had a manageable ball without it being to sticky

Let it proof, I did a couple slap and folds then put in a zip lock in the fridge till next day,for dinner. Take it out let it warm to room temperature, stretch to size on pizza pan, coat with favorite sauce, mozzarella chesse, and whichever toppings u prefer.

I baked mine at 410fh for 40 minutes,it could take less time with less toppings.

Again im very sorry that it is a basic recipe, but it cooked up so good. Light fluffy crust just like a restaurant style pizza.

I will get better at writing things down as I do them.

I added just enough water to work dough start with 1/4 cup, just want dough to form a damp but manageable ball. Kicking my own butt now for not grabbing a pen and paper.:-(  lesson learned
