Is this the place to sell your book?

Does that bother you? I think it's great. I'm all for learning all I can about baking, and I've been doing it for nearly fifty years.

Thank you for your question Chuck. Since I don’t doubt that it was made in good faith here is my answer: Yes, I feel that this is the right place to show my fellow bakers some of the bread braids I have designed, in order to, as caryn1047 so well expressed it, ““motivates me to do something special with my Challah braiding this week!  Beautiful.””

Good baking to you all

Where is the link to the 6 strand gamma braid instructions? I haven't found instructions on the other braids you've teased here either.

This leads me to the  conclusion you are spamming the site with teasers to flog your book.

I third the concern and agree that the breads are intricate and beautiful to look at, but I have had the same nagging feeling for the past so many weeks.  Is this the place to inquire, learn, inform, etc.?  Or does TFL aspire to a higher standard and should limit the amount of fluff and "sales pitch" allowed.  But they sure are pretty to look at...
