Greetings from Hotlanta!

I just found this forum.   I haven't made bread in years, but decided to give it a go again and learn.   I am waiting to take my first two loaves out of the oven and see how they came out,   I look forward to chatting, sharing recipes and trying new things!

Welcome back to the bread fraternity. How did the bread turn out?

It turned out good.   I should have let it rise a bit longer in the proof, but it was gone pretty quick!  I've already made 2 more.  I let these two rise a little more and they are good too!   I was experimenting with 2 different types of berries to see if the family would have a preference!

The beautiful thing about fresh baked bread:  Even if it is not perfect in your eyes, NOBODY turns down fresh bread!  It's hard to screw it up enough for it to be worse than the commercial stuff that most people are used to.
