What might seem mayhem to you, are actually cute pieces of beauties to many. Nice work. Green is spinach, right?

These look like circus breads or the breads that have the national colors of some country's flag. And no, I have never heard of circus bread, but I can well imagine clowns eating this stuff.

These are charming. I'm with Khalid about the green=spinach. What's the red? Has it only been applied to the top of the rolls as a glaze?

And what about the yellow? Rich eggy dough? Tumeric? Corn, semolina?

Sorry I forgot to include that info, guys, fixed now, thanks for the heads up.

Yes, spinach with Parmesan and Romano, and sweet potato with pineapple and turmeric. Whole stick of butter in each batch of dough. And you are also right about the egg, cerevisiae; four yolks in the sweet potato, three whites in the spinach. One white for the glaze, which looks more red in the pic than in real life — was shot in the wee hours under compact fluorescents.

Does remind me of a lively May pole with ribbons and dance.

I'm also thinking Dr. Seuss.

Yellow yokes of hard boiled egg slices would set these off on a layer of mayo with ringlets of chives.

a sweet potato, pineapple, cheese and spinach egg salad would be perfect inside these beauties.  Just love them.

For some reason when I attempted to edit my first blog post this morning, instead of saving my changes TFL created a separate thread. Sorry Floyd. But this is where I showed what I did (and how I screwed up; really wanted to make more qaiser rollz and also try my hand at croissain'ts, but the dough got away from me.)
