Freezing calzone

Wanted to make some ham and cheese calzones with the leftover ham from Easter, with some to be frozen to eat later.  Wondering if it's better to bake them all and freeze fully baked, or to freeze them filled but unbaked.  Any experience or suggestions on the best approach?

Thaw in MW unwrapped and uncovered but heat them in the oven once thawed to return them to original crispness,  They are better after a leftovers like many Italian foods

Never tried freezing them before the original bake

Freezing them baked certainly simplifies using them later!
