The Sainted Wife wanted Tortellini, so here you are.

A few simple additions, along with some mushrooms.

Beautiful bread again!  So what did you fill your tortellini with?  Those look awesome and go perfectly with your grilled bread.

They were stuffed with a mix of Organic Beef and Pork with herbs and cheese.

Beautiful crust & crumb, an outstanding looking loaf.  Tortellini with brown butter and sage is one of my favorites. :)

betwixt and between?  The bread is fantastic but it sure is much better with that great Italian meal isn't it?  Just fine baking and cooking - they go so well together.   This is one of my favorites Wing.  Great photography too.  Well Done all the way around.
