I'm a student who has had the fortune of working part-time at a bakery for almost two years and is greatly interested in reproducing the same quality loaves I had baked at work in my own home. Combing through TFL posts, I've had some good success baking sourdough and commercial-yeast loaves. I'm also very adventurous in the kitchen and love to bake all sorts of breads hailing from around the world. I always try to bake a loaf on the weekend and would be thrilled if anyone could suggest me some favourite breads to try making this weekend.
