Greetings

Hello all...I used to bake my own bread when I was first married, and gave it up because I was unsatisfied with the results.  That was quite a few (cough) years ago, and now that I'm retiring I am trying bread baking again.  I appreciate the hints and recipes in this site..thanks to all the expert bakers out there who are sharing their expertise.
