Breadandwin, I can see why you've not had the dried stuff since! Everything on the link looked great.
We made up some yesterday at my wife's aunt's house. She had a machine that did all the work which was not hoy I wanted to try it but it was good. Can't wait to try it out again by hand like in your pictures.

I found it extremely satisfying, not to mention very tasty - and even enticed my 9-year-old granddaughter to make some.
