Happy with these slashes...

Worked out well this time. The pan is quite a basic 60/40 White Wheat/Wholemeal Rye bread at about 60% hydration, with a little poppy seed on top just because it's pretty. I also included a crumb shot. Nice for sandwiches :-)

there's a herringbone way to slice up a round loaf too...

I'll have to give that a try next time I do a round loaf :-)

I got a couple of linen lined 500g bannetons and a linen couche so I'm experimenting with elongated loaves at the moment
