Cinnamon Bread and Cream Cheese

This is some bread that I made last month and then froze. It's been out to thaw for two days and today it was delicious!

Love the shaping of this bread and how the colors all blend so nicely….How did you do it?

I don't care for Nutella so I used butter, cinnamon and a little sugar. It really is easy when you work it two at a time. I hope that you decide to try it!

Thanks for the link.  It does indeed look easy, and fun, to do.  I always wonder how people come up with these shapes in the first place - just amazing.

My family love cinnamon raisin bread so I will use this method next time I make a loaf….sometime after the holidays.

Take Care,

Janet

I plan on making this on Saturday.  I also do not care for Nutella so I will be using Cinnamon and Sugar.  Do you remember how much of each you used?  Also you mentioned Cream Cheese, how did you use it.  I really like the way your bread came out, it really looks terrific.  Any pointers on how to do that other than watch the video a couple of time before you make it?

Thanks, Dwayne

I would for cinnamon rolls. lightly buttered, then just sprinkled the cinnamon and lightly sugared. The cream cheese was just to spread on as I ate it! Normally I'm a butter freak!

The only practice I had was watching the video, The first time I ever made it I used a spinach and garlic filling, and the real trick is not to over fill!

Happy baking!

I normally operate on the assumption that if a little is good then a lot will be better.  I'll try and put some reins on my bad habits.   Sorry I had not realized that it was you that got me to try this, I saw your post with the Spinach and Garlic filling.  I am actually going to make two of these, one will be for breakfast and the other will be a gift.

Thanks, Dwayne
