Hello from Sacramento California

While I am not new at baking bread, I am always willing to learn new things. 

I have not baked any bread for a few years. In the past I was using fresh ground hard wheat flour. I made simple loaves and they were very well received. I am going to start making bread again soon. This site is an inspiration to me.
