a recipe called "Honest to Goodness Sourdough Bread" in the Cooking Alaskan By Alaskans cookbook. I didn't really use measurements, you take as much starter as you want to use, I added less than a teaspoon of salt, and enough flour to make a good dough. Glad I baked yesterday, we had a terrible storm last night (Interior Alaska) and had an 18 hour power outage.
