Bread baking courses in France?

Hello! I'm quite new to this website (made and loved the Pain de Provence recipe yesterday) and I was wondering/hoping if anyone can recommend an actual bread-making course anywhere in France.

It would have to be in English (my French is nonexistent) and I would like to do a course that spans anywhere from 1 month to a year. And I do not live in North America, so it's much easier for me get to France rather than anywhere in North America.

thanks in advance for any and all tips!

Learn French, move to France. You will find what you seek.

Any ideas that would take me less than 10 years? :)

By the lenght I assume you want proffesionel training and not just amateur classes. Although there are many schools that accept foreign students, the fact you don't speak french narrows your choices. From what I can see your best bet are one of the following:

www.ferrandi-paris.fr/en

www.ensp-adf.com/detail_contenu.php?id=134

www.inbp.com/international/

I hope this helps.

Thank you very much. I will look into all these options.
