Ezekiel Bread recipe - and questions

Hi I have a vertical loaf bread machine, and I've used it to crank out a loaf of white bread a week for the past 7 months or so... its awesome! Now I want to branch out and have a stab at making Ezekiel bread. I found this recipe, located here. It seems somewhat involved which is slightly a concern as I'm a bread lover :). I'm wondering if I can freeze the dough, or if anyone has any general advice on this kind of bread in a machine. Thanks for the input!

I am not sure about that specific recipe but the Ezekiel bread I am familiar with comes from the Bread Beckers and they say that the batter is a bit cake-like and somewhat (but not totally) difficult to use in a bread machine. But .... it could be a different bread all together.

I tried it and I thought the bread tasted really good. I've never had Ezekiel bread before so I'm not sure how it compares to the real thing. Shortly after I started a different diet and now I can't eat any bread, so I didn't try freezing it. The recipe is rather easy to follow for being so long but the hardest part was finding all the ingredients. My hyvee has a bulk health-food area that had most of the hard to find things.

Good luck!
