Hello GyG,

Welcome.

As I said they are nice pictures of boules,  Crumb and crust look great.  I thought you might want to share more information, eg. recipe, problems, questions .  I presume you are a professional baker.

Ford, amateur baker  (It's a hobby.)

Hi Ford, thank you for the comments about the pictures...

We also are an amateur bakers, a home bakers, my wife and I in order to eat healthier started to read and search about bakery.

We´ve been baking for almost two years, with some awful and some just perfect.

We will keep posting pictures of what we bake, as we also post the recipes where we take the ideas.
