Italian Iwands [Not Shaped]

Made these today out of pizza dough.  We like them really thin and crisp.  Pizza Fritte is more thick.  So simple and tasty.

Those Zeppoli look delicious! Gotta try them. Imagine the with a nice coffee and a a little bowl of ice cream!

These aren't Zeppoli.  They are paper think and there isn't any way to put any type of fllling into them.  They are somewhat like Pizza Fritte, but way thinner, and crunchy.

Sorry, they do look fluffy in the picture... Bet they are delicious anyway!

I don't make them often as they are addicting.  You can't just eat one.  Already they are gone.
